Do you love working with kids? Want to make a real difference in the water? Weâre looking for friendly, supportive, and high-energy Swim Instructors to help children (ages 4â12) build confidence, safety, and skill in the pool.
Whether you're experienced or just starting out, if you bring a positive attitude and care about kids, weâll train you on our proven curriculum and support your growth every step of the way.
What Youâll Do:
- Lead fun, structured swim lessons for children ages 6 months to 12 years (focus on ages 4â12).
- Follow our progressive, skill-based curriculum tailored to each studentâs comfort and confidence.
- Keep classes safe, focused, and full of small victoriesâno matter the studentâs starting point.
- Communicate clearly and kindly with parents and caregivers after class.
- Create a warm, welcoming pool environment that helps even nervous swimmers feel at home.
What Weâre Looking For:
- A genuine love for kids and teaching
- Strong communication and patienceâespecially with first-timers or nervous swimmers.
- Comfort in the water and basic swimming ability (weâll teach you how to teach).
- Previous coaching or swim instruction experience is a plus, but not required.
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified with our help).
